Customer Service Delivery

SYMBOLS's customer service delivery modules allow you to provide specialised products and services, based on current trends in information technology, to your customers. This enables them to have access to their accounts and portfolios, and perform certain predefined operations on them. The modules utilise various open standards for information transfer and utilises a high level of security including encryption and multiple access PIN numbers and passwords.

Service delivery channels currently those for the Internet, the Telephone (Interactive Voice Response), Mobile Channels (S.M.S. messaging) and Dial-Up or Remote Access where customers can dial in to a specified remote access server for access. This enables your customers place order on the system or check the status of their portfolios in a daily basis from anywhere in the world.

Customers are given their own passwords or PIN numbers and once validated can perform various operations such as trade orders, inter account transfers, and even the viewing and printing of their own statement of accounts or portfolio status reports. The requests of certain customers can also be forwarded to an account officer for authorisation before the operation is carried out if required. An extensive audit is kept of all operations. Progenics has also been appointed a certified application development partner to one of the premier transaction switching and e-payment companies in Nigeria, Interswitch Limited, enabling us to provide a secure means of recieving customer payments on the web for investment purposes.
