and the personnel attached to those positions within

departments can easily be defined.
Employee Benefits Tracking
The privileges enjoyed by employees as based on one
of the following: grade, post or job, can be set up
and associated limits, if required can be specified.
The system monitors usage of such benefits and raises
exceptions for benefits usage that are about to exceed
their limits if there are limits associated with such
benefits.
Career Tracking
Employee movements in the form of either transfers or
promotions can be tracked by the system. Historical
inquiries and reports of staff movement over a period
of time can also be generated whenever required.
Performance Tracking
There is an appraisal option of the personnel system
that allows for periodic review of performance of your
employees against a set of performance criteria. This
can later be used as a basis for review of emoluments
or job assignments.
Qualifications attached to particular posts
The application effectively tracks such things as courses
or qualifications which are attached to particular job
positions, and provides exception reports on which members
of staff are yet to attain that qualification. Staff
appraisals can also be recorded and used for certain
decisions such as promotions or salary increments in
the payroll application. The application is fully parameter
driven and organizational structures can easily be entered
and amended in the system using intuitive screens, making
