The Customer Information System keeps record of all individuals or corporate
organisations for which data will be entered in any
of the modules. This information includes static information
including addresses, phone/fax numbers and e-mail addresses
and much more. The application includes extensive search
capabilities so that information could be retrieved
which categorises customers by any number of user defined
parameters. Demographic data on your clients can easily
be queried and analysed.
Interfaces to e-mail and fax servers mean that your
clients can receive alerts triggered by certain events
occurring on their accounts keeping them informed at
all times. Relationships between clients are easily
defined with user defined relationship codes and any
number of relationships between clients can be established.
